Rooted in tradition yet inspired by innovation, our farm continues to thrive under the leadership of Roy and Sheila Lyttle, who have been dedicated to the land for over 50 years. RL Produce Limited is a commercial growing, processing and packing facility outside Newtownards, Co. Down on the beautiful Ards Peninsula. They grow over 200 acres of vegetables each year, and sell a number of customers including Tesco NI, Henderson SPAR, Natures Best and a number of local independent shops in Co. Down.
Lyttle Leaves is a new venture started by Alex Lyttle. Alex grew up working alongside his family on the farm, gaining a hands-on understanding of every part of the growing process. After graduating with a Horticulture Degree from CAFRE (College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise), Alex travelled across the globe to deepen his knowledge of vegetable varieties, efficient growing techniques, and sustainable harvesting practices. His experiences have enriched our approach, enabling us to grow a diverse range of healthy, delicious, and environmentally sustainable produce.
